Motzari-Manny, Maccabee

Son of Mazal-Matilde, nee Mani and Dr. Avraham, was born on the eve of Pesach 5714 (10.4.1914) in Cairo, the capital of Egypt. He was transferred to a armored vehicle and transported seriously injured to Kiryat Anavim and later to a hospital in Jerusalem.Maccabi died on his 34th birthday on April 23, 1948. He was buried in Sanhedria in Jerusalem and was succeeded by a wife, Rachel, a son and a daughter, who was awarded the rank of Major. He was transferred to the eternal military cemetery at Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
