Moses, Aviv


Son of Haim and Shoshana. He was born on 12.1.1950 in Haifa and attended the “Tel Hai” School in Neve Sha’anan and the Shprinzak Professional High School in Haifa. He spent most of his days studying and remembering, his honest sense, his quick grasp and his lucidity were a great help in his studies. Everything was visible before him, clear and set in his mind in exemplary order. He was a member of the Hashomer Hatzair movement, first as a trainee and later as a counselor. He participated in all its activities, three times successfully passed the three days march, crossed the Sea of ​​Galilee and participated in various races. He had several hobbies, such as collecting postcards, hunting for butterflies and collecting stamps. He liked to help people and participated in a collection of donations for various causes, such as Akim, the Israel Cancer Association, etc. After graduating from the vocational school he went to the Air Force Technical School in Haifa and completed his studies there successfully. In March 1969 and volunteered to serve in the air force. On October 11, 1969) died of wounds sustained five days earlier in an enemy bombing. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Haifa.
