Morovati, Machdi

Son of Reihan (Chacham) and Esther. He was born on April 25, 1929 in Persia. When he reached school age he visited one of the educational institutions. He immigrated to Israel in 1951 and was drafted into the IDF on November 22, 1952. He died and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem. In 1960, the parents erected a menorah in the synagogue in Givat Shmuel for his name and memory.
