Born in Tel Aviv on 18.3.1972, eldest son of his parents, he grew up in Bat Yam and completed his elementary studies at the Herzl School in Bat Yam and continued his high school studies at the Zalman Shazar High School In the sociological track, he concentrated on advanced economic studies and graduated with honors, and during all his years he achieved excellent achievements, and he was a handsome, bright-looking boy whom his teachers described as a good and quiet student who always knew how to answer correctly. He went to the sea and loved the sea and spent a lot of time He studied diving at the Gadna diving course in Tel Aviv and Eilat, reached the rank of diver 2 and received a certificate. Elliott was busy developing his physical fitness and karate training. From an early age, he began to take an interest in any information related to the United States he intended to reach. Elliott was drafted into the IDF in July 1990. He hoped to be accepted into the Navy for his ability and achievements in diving, but was not able to do so, but instead was assigned to serve in the Combat Engineering Corps. Was killed during his service on the day of the 16th of Tevet 5751 (2.1.1991) and was put to rest in the military cemetery in Holon, where he placed his parents and two brothers, David and Erez, in a letter of condolence to the bereaved family. The family commemorated him in a synagogue located in the high school in Rishon Letzion.
