Moati, Moses (“Moshi”)

Son of Victor and Simcha. He was born on 13 February 1938 in Tunis. He studied there in elementary school. Immigrated to Israel as part of Youth Aliyah. A few years later, he was drafted into the IDF and fell in the battle of Abu-Agila in the Sinai Campaign on the 27th of March 1956. He was buried in the Military Cemetery of Emergency in Shelah and on the 28th of Tishrei, 1957) was transferred to eternal rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
