Mizrahi, Yosef-Aboud


Yosef-Aboud, son of Tipa and Aboud Mizrahi, was born in 1929 in Jerusalem. While still very young, he joined the Irgun underground and participated in many activities. One day he was arrested by the British and held two years in prison. When he was released, he rejoined his comrades in the underground. He fell on the 7th of Tammuz, 5707 (14.7.1948) in the Battle of Malcha. He was buried in Sheikh Bader Aleph. On the 28th of Elul 5710 (10.9.1950) he was put to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
