Mizrachi, Yosef

Son of Avraham and Sarah. He was born on July 27, 1937 in Jerusalem. Tenth generation in Israel. He studied in Talmud Torah and graduated from elementary school. He was a member of the Hanoar Haoved movement. Because of the economic distress in the family, he could not continue his studies and joined Kibbutz Gvat. He loved reading books and music. He was drafted into the IDF in October 1954 and served for more than a year and fell during his duty on 9 November 1955. He was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
