Mizrachi, Shlomo


Son of Sarah and Avraham Was born on July 16, 1931, in Jerusalem, With the outbreak of the War of Independence he joined the ranks of the fighters and for all that was sent he fulfilled his role in faith. At midnight, after hours of guard duty, he would come home, wet and cold, but his mother did not know where the boy came from since he had performed his duties not far from home. His mother’s concern was therefore for his two older brothers, . Shlomo was killed on Sunday, June 8, 1948, during a fortification work in Talpiot, after being seriously wounded in the stomach by shrapnel, and was buried in Sheik Badar A. On September 10, 1950, was brought to rest at the military cemetery at Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
