Mizrachi, Moshe


Born in 1906 in Jerusalem. In 1921, he served in the Intelligence Service of the Zionist Executive in 1927. In 1927 he left for Argentina but returned to Israel in 1935 and later served as an “additional policeman” At the beginning of June 1936, he was asked to accompany drunken British soldiers from a coffee shop in the moshava to the nearby military base for fear of provocation, and one of the soldiers shot him in the stomach and wounded him. On 25 Tamuz, 15 July 1936, he died of his wounds and was brought to eternal rest in Rishon Letzion, where he left a wife and two children.
