Mizrachi, Moshe


Son of Yitzhak and Sarah. He was born on March 21, 1949 in Tel Aviv. He graduated from elementary school in Nazareth Illit. In his childhood in exile he could feel his fondness for the ships by building a wooden ship that won a second prize at the school where he studied. Afterward, he studied in two high schools in a vocational school the framework profession. For six months he visited the Gadna-Yam course in Daughter of Galim, was a sports fan (soccer) and also played the guitar, and he liked to record his own experiences in song and chorus, he was the only cheerful son in the family and always raised the morale of his parents at home. Of his army friends when he was drafted into the IDF in April 1967, after completing the Daughter of Galim course. Moshe served in the navy at the time as a quartermaster and gunner, but after a few months of service, he died with the drowning of the destroyer “Eilat”, where he served, by Egyptian missiles in front of the Romanian coast in northern Sinai on the 18th of Tishrei 5728 21.10.1967) was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
