Mimi, Eliyahu

Son of Shlomo and Sarah. He was born in 1939 in Jerusalem. He completed his studies at the Neve Ya’akov elementary school and then continued in high school for only two years. He joined the army in August 1957 and served in the military police. He was cheerful and good-hearted and willing to help anyone, and was indeed kind to disobedient soldiers. He was then transferred to a driver’s course. During his hard work, he wished to continue his studies, but on 7 April 1959 he died and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
