Mills, Shlomo


Shlomo, son of Emily and David, was born on October 4, 1952 in Moshav Kerem Ben Zimra in the Merom HaGalil. Before the end of his service, the Yom Kippur War broke out and Shlomo participated in the battles and bravely fought defending Sinai. On October 17, 1973, he sustained a direct hit by a mortar shell and fell. He was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery on Mount Herzl. Survived by his parents, three brothers and two sisters. After his fall, he was promoted to the rank of sergeant.
