Michael Kaplan

Staff Sergeant Michael Kaplan, son of Shaked and Ran. Michael was born on October 19, 1996 in Tel Aviv, the brother of Yoav, Itamar and Itai.
Michael was drafted into the IDF on November 2, 2016. He served in the Intelligence Corps. Sergeant Michael Kaplan fell during his service on Friday, November 13, 2018. He was laid to rest in the cemetery in Karkum, north of the Sea of Galilee, leaving his parents and three brothers. On his gravestone, his loved ones wrote: “A child, a brother and a beloved friend, a single great light, the love of our lives forever.” Michael was 22 years old.
