Metolsky, Yehuda
Son of Nahum and Leah. He was born on July 7, 1923 in Landsberg, Germany. He attended a Hebrew day school in Berlin. In 1940 he immigrated to Israel via Sweden and belonged to the Hanoar Haoved movement. Was a member of the Haganah. In July 1948, he was drafted into the IDF and later joined the permanent army and was a member of the permanent army’s housing committee and became a major on Friday, 17.5.1964, died of the disease and was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery Military base in Kiryat Shaul. He left a wife, two daughters and two sons.
