Messiah, Yaakov (Kobi)

Son of Shoshana and Shlomo, was born on August 7, 1963 in Tel Aviv. Yaakov began his studies at the “Hahayal” elementary school in Tel Aviv, studied frameworks in a youth group at Kibbutz Netzer-Sereni and spent another year in fine mechanics at the kibbutz youth company. Kobi was a good and disciplined soldier, and his commanders made him a First Private. On May 26, 1983, First Private Yaakov fell during his service and was put to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. He left behind his parents and five brothers.
