Son of Sobel and Eliahu, was born on Rosh Hashanah in the Polish city of Volhynia (Russia), who was later attached to Poland, and at the age of three his parents moved to Dubno, where he studied in a ” , And later on he was active in Hechalutz, where he learned the virtues of a gifted educator, and when he immigrated to Israel in 1939 he went to study at the Jerusalem Teachers’ Seminary, where he was appointed as a teacher at Kibbutz Merhavia. In the problems of education in the kibbutz and its lists and conversations, it seems that he aspired to perfection in his work and succeeded in getting closer to it. In 1945, he left his small family (his wife and child) and went to study at the Hebrew University, where he served as a member of the Haganah. On the day of the bombing of Merhavia on June 9, 1948, he raised his head from the excavation after passing the enemy bomber, was hit and killed, and was brought to rest in the cemetery on the hill of the Mora hill In Merhavia. His memory was raised in the book “Six Fallen” published by Kibbutz Merhavia.
