After four years of suffering and wandering, he returned to Israel, but when he began to get along he had to wear his uniform again – this time out of his dream of coming to life. Everywhere he fulfilled his duties in loyalty and reserve duty, he did a devoted job in the supply unit, and finally, when the call to the Sinai Campaign came to him, he was obeyed and then fell in battle on Monday, 6.11.1956. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. He left a wife and a daughter.
