Matzliach, Sarah

Esther and Yehuda’s eldest daughter. She was born on June 9, 1961 in Yeruham. Sarah enlisted in the IDF in the mid-1980’s and volunteered to serve in the Nahal Brigade with her friends in the nucleus. After completing basic training, she left for eight months in Kibbutz Na’an, and from there moved to the settlement of Kochav Hashachar and sent her to the Jordan Valley, where the final goal of the nucleus was to join Kibbutz Naaran On February 8, 1981, Sarah fell in her role and was brought to eternal rest In the military cemetery in Kfar Saba. She left parents and two sisters.
