Massa, Abraham

Son of David and Miriam. Born in 1949 in Adirana, Turkey, he graduated from elementary school in his hometown and immigrated to Israel with his family in 1964. He was drafted into the IDF in November 1966. He was an outstanding soldier and his comrades in arms, and his commanders respected and loved him. On Wednesday, June 19, 1969, before he completed his compulsory military service, he fell in the area of ​​Sodom in a clash with a terrorist squad. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
