Marmarly, Raphael

Son of Avraham and Roza. He was born on October 12, 1925 in Constantinople, Turkey. Graduated from elementary school. He served four years in the Turkish army and after immigrating to Israel in 1949 joined the Haganah. He was drafted into the IDF in August 1950. In the course of his duties, on the sixth of Adar 5713 (March 3, 1952), he fell and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. He left a wife and two children.
