Ahuva and David’s eldest daughter was born on November 4, 1963, in Rishon Letzion, where she took her first steps in kindergarten and kindergarten. From Rishon Letzion, the family moved to Haifa, where Miriam began her elementary studies at the Haya Ziv School, and after one year the school was closed, and Mira moved to school “Zichron Yosef.” This school was the first to discover Mira’s great desire to read books, which was a real bookworm, and when the school library was not enough for her to borrow books from several municipal libraries, Mira also received praise for her work in the library Miriam participated in all the school’s performances, and was one of the organizers of these plays, and also participated in a folk dance class, She was a member of the Hashomer Hatzair youth movement, and after a while she moved to the Scouts movement, and her devotion to her many friends, especially her laughter and eternal smile, captivated everyone she knew. Mira studied violin for three years and studied at the Municipal High School in Haifa, where she was diagnosed with asthma, and when the father moved to the Galilee, the family relocated to Carmiel and Mira was accepted to the city’s comprehensive high school. In Carmiel, she joined the Hanoar Haoved movement and taught fourth graders. Despite her illness, Mira went to the camps and to the Madatzim course, took part in the Jerusalem marathon and played in the basketball team of the Maccabi girls in Carmiel, and even joined the ranks of the Civil Guard in Karmiel. For a long time, Mira devoted her time to helping the girl who had cerebral palsy, and when she was told that she would be released from service in the IDF because of her illness, Mira refused to hear about it. Miriam was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in mid-February 1982. After completing basic training, she served as a reserve officer in a base in the north of Israel, where she always wanted to go to an officer’s course, but her commanders, who were pleased with her devoted work, refused to release her. During the period of her service, Mira underwent two severe asthma attacks, but recovered and returned to routine and normal life On the day of her two-week struggle for her life in the hospital, Miriam fell during her service and was brought to eternal rest in Beit- The Civil Cemetery in Karmiel left behind her parents and two brothers United discovering her work with reservists, and the relationship established between it and the commanders and unit members
