Son of Shmuel and Rivka. He was born on March 1, 1950 in Ramat-Mera in Ramat Gan. His childhood and youth were spent in his parents’ home, which stood on a hill surrounded by a well-tended garden. He studied at the elementary school “Ora” in Ramat Gan, and his educators and friends loved and respected him, for he was a disciplined, responsible and pleasant boy.
