Markman, Aharon

Son of Haim and Rachel, members of Kfar Giladi. He was born on Wednesday, February 27, 1936. He completed his high school studies in the kibbutz and was a member of the Hanoar Haoved movement and was drafted into the IDF in February 1955. He served for eight months as a paratrooper, Who were expected to register for a pilot course. After completing the course he served as a pilot and instructor at the Flying School. He was Lev in all his ways and his spirit was good for him all the time. Knew the great responsibility in his position and with the acquisition of experience went up in rank and did all his actions with self-confidence. Finally he was promoted to lieutenant. He fell in the line of duty on 1 January 1960 and was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery in Kfar Giladi, where he was survived by a wife.
