Malkevitch, Dov (Berl)

Son of Pua and Avraham. He was born in 1916 in Kishinev, Russia, and in 1935 emigrated to Palestine. In 1940, he enlisted in the Nutrim Corps and served there until his death. At the end of 1942, Dov married a wife and was stationed as a guard at the Haifa railway station. On the 16th of Adar 2, 5703 (23.3.1943), he died in a hospital in Safed and was brought to eternal rest in the Haifa cemetery. Left a pregnant wife and a mother in Russia.
