Malka, Idan (Isaac)

Ben Zipporah and David. Born on August 1, 1984 in Hillel Yaffe Hospital in Hadera, Idan was born after five years of attempts to conceive and came to the world a year after the birth of his older brother, Matan – exactly at the right time and time – hence the name given to him. He graduated from elementary school at the “Or Lattaf” school and completed his studies at the Hadera High School, where he demonstrated his beauty, his special curls and his charming charm, and was blessed with artistic talents and creative creativity. To the music of Yaron Gordon, where he became acquainted with the basics of organ playing, and after retiring, began to experiment independently with instruments He was able to play in a few seconds every song he heard, Idan also had an exceptional writing skill and used to write heartfelt greetings to the whole family – on holidays, celebrations and every occasion. At Idan, Idan was also an excellent imitator – artists, teachers, friends’ parents and those who did not. Everyone remembers how during his Bar Mitzvah celebration he stopped the sermon and to the surprise of the guests began to imitate Yatzpan. That same year, as a Bar Mitzvah, he and his family went on a magical trip to England, the Netherlands, France and Belgium. During high school, Idan discovered the magic of dancing. He was one of the founders of the school’s representative dance company and among its most prominent dancers. He loved the band, the rehearsals and the guys, and during the five years he danced in the band, he represented the high school at the Carmiel dance festival and festivals abroad. In this framework he danced in the Czech Republic, Italy, Bulgaria and the Netherlands, and on all these trips he kept the cohesion of the band members and did not forget to take care of the kiddush and prayers on Erev Shabbat. In the class, Eman was very good. Even if he angered the teachers he would solve this by joking with them; he would stand up in the middle of the lesson, hugging and making them laugh. “Idan, a true friend, loved and accepted so much by his classmates … and before my eyes, a movie with pictures passes through: pictures of the same Hassidic dance, which you liked to dance, pictures of running and navigating, which you loved to take part in, Music and singing, and even a picture of a student who sits next to the educator and tells about dilemmas, experiences and everything related to the continuation of life – a film that has a lot of joy, hope, vitality, love of life and many programs. ” At the age of youth, Idan expressed another talent that lay in it – songwriting, composition and performance. He admired Shlomo Artzi, bought all his discs, did not miss a single performance, and his great dream was that one day he would fill the amphitheater in Caesarea, like him. Idan had a tremendous ability to give, without expecting any change. He was always surrounded by friends, who loved them very much and was willing to sacrifice a lot for them. He had a unique relationship with three of his friends. The Quartet of friends, who refused to part, became one body – “connected by the umbilical cord.” They were full partners in all the significant things in their lives, caring for each other and spending whole days together. His friend Nir Cohen and his family became his second family. Idan often declared that he wanted his wife to be “like Nir’s mother.” “Idan, you were always a star to me, but not another star in the sky that disappears when the morning comes, but a star always, even in times when everything seems to be visible,” he says. Lost and I did not knowWhere to go and what to do, you always knew how to speak and direct, and most importantly, to make me laugh … “Idan knew how to treat everyone, and everyone was very fond of him, and was known for his love and concern for his family, Was connected to his older brother Matan and to his younger sister Uriah, who was proud to be the best friend of all, and Uriya was especially worried about him, chugging around her, playing with her and even sharing his experiences. To his good friends: “We have hard work when Uriya grows up, we’ll have to keep her.” Even with his cousin Bat-El Idan was a devoted son who took care of his parents and helped them and took a great part in building the house, and even when his mother was angry, Idan was not excited, he embraced her, invited her to dance, raised her and quickly appeased her And he would take his mother to the dance floor, and together they would become the dancers of the event, Idan was very busy with his upcoming recruitment and talked about it. During the trip Benji jumped fearlessly, shouting “I love you, Mom.” At the beginning of December 2002, he joined the Israel Defense Forces in the Artillery Corps, underwent basic training in Shivta in the Negev and later joined the “Nimr” battalion in the Golan Brigade of the Gaash formation in the Northern Command. “Idan’s commanders say that despite his short stay in the battalion, he stood out as a serious soldier and showed a strong desire to advance in the army, and he also expressed his determination to quickly integrate into the role of the noncommissioned officer.” Idan loved life and knew how to get the best out of them. During his last four months, he spent a lot of time with his girlfriend, Michal, on January 24, 2003. Idan fell during his service, Eighteen and a half. He was buried at the military cemetery in Hadera. Survived by his parents, brother and sister. The brother grave eulogized him: “era, you were the light of our lives. Always laughing and laughing, always taking life easy and turning everything into one big joke … Today I’m not just burying a brother, I’m burying my best friend. “The unit commander wrote to the family:” We found that we lost a special person, Joy of life and sense of humor, which served as a leader to his friends and captivated the hearts of those around him. We lost a man with talent and love for playing, who without his death would surely have become one of the pillars of the culture in the unit. “Idan’s friends testify to the strength of his friendship, his love and his ability to give:” Eyal, Nir, you and I had a world of our own, Together, it was like an eternity. Like a world of fantasy that only we knew how to reach. But this world has ceased to exist, because the flowers and dreams were taken from it, and the light that illuminated it went out … The space you left is simply too large. “Idan’s estate includes a booklet of poems and three discs that he managed to record, including songs he wrote and composed. In the heart: “‘The streets are splitting up,’ you say / I answer ‘Like our lives’ / You cry / What will be at the end / Into space A thunderous silence / Letter, Something, Tell us / Our life has been sent / , That hurts / tries and is bad for me / and you are silent or crying / at least see what it does to me / things in the heart to make it difficult for me / when talking about a future you are angry / say ‘let’s live the moment of our lives ‘/ I do not understand and ask / what will end”The sun again falls on you / on me, on you, on us / you cry / what will be at the end / want to tell you …” His cousin Bat-El wrote to her memory: “You were and you are the example of the love of life. Remember what you wrote, ‘Live like a butterfly, live happily, never end, certainly not dead.’ “
