In a letter of condolence from the unit commander, Guy was described as someone who performed his work faithfully and was willing to help his friends at all times. The family, in cooperation with the Bahad, published a pamphlet in memory of Guy, who wrote a poem in memory of Guy: “Between the mountain and the valley we erected a souvenir This is a modest one for Guy / who was slain by someone who thought he would harm him, for no fault of his own / Here, in Moshav Hadar Beitar / We were torn in vain by the sounds of violin and string / Our son was picked in the spring of his days / In Israel / They did not know like us / More sorrow and grief. / Our homeland, / Please, this is our promise / Mom Dad and brother of Guy Malichi. “
