Malal, Solomon

Son of Jacob and Gilda. He was born on the 10th of Adar I 5703 (February 10, 1943), where he studied at the Bialik Elementary School and later completed his elementary studies at the Levinsky School in Tel Aviv. He was drafted into the IDF in February 1961 and then went on reserve duty, and during the Six-Day War, when he fell near Jenin on the sixth day of the battles, he was on the way to the Syrian plateau on June 10, 1967. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Afula and was later transferred to eternal rest in the Kiryat Shaul cemetery.
