Malak, Tarek (Hossam)

The son of Fahima and Mamdouh. He was born on 27.11.1981 in Isfiya. Brother to Turki, Suha, Samar, Sahar, Louis and Amal. Growing in a warm rural and family atmosphere. Tarek graduated from the “Fruk” elementary school in Isfiya and the ORT Ronson-Mount Carmel high school with a scientific track. On 26 March 2000, he enlisted in the IDF, completed basic training as a soldier in the Engineering Corps and served in the Military Engineering School. His friends tell him that he loved the other and helped the others, who was pleasant and who was always quick to do for the friends. Tareq was sent to the NCO course and successfully completed it, and since he proved himself to be a disciplined and talented soldier, it is only natural that he was fit for an officer and arrived at Training Base 1 for officers’ course. Sergeant Tareq Malak was killed while performing his duties on January 14, 2002, and was buried in the military cemetery in Isfiya. He was twenty-one when he fell. Survived by parents, four brothers and two sisters. His family and friends grieve and grieve his death.
