Machvavi, Shlomo


Son of Tega and Michael. Shlomo was born in Kurdistan in 1935. Shlomo was a Zionist youth who loved the homeland, and in the fifties he immigrated to Israel, Shlomo married Malka, and over the years they established a family of eight. In 1969, Shlomo joined the police, serving in the Dan Region as a regional weapon with the rank of First Sergeant, a position that filled the responsibility he was able to demonstrate. On Monday, 11 November 1985, Shlomo left for work on the morning. During the bus ride, Shlomo suffered cardiac arrest. Efforts to revive him failed, and Solomon died. First Sergeant Shlomo fell during his service. He was fifty years old when he fell. He was buried in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
