Machlouf, Elijah (‘Eli’)
Son of Shalom and Massa. He was born in Be’er Sheva on June 14, 1956. He attended the Bar-Ilan elementary school in the city, and Eli was the first son of his parents after they had three daughters, and his birth brought happiness and joy to the family. When he grew up, he was a source of joy for the family, because he was a cheerful child and created a pleasant atmosphere in the house and created a pleasant atmosphere, which made it easier for the family members in difficulties. He was a sociable boy and knew how to help his friends and all those around him, and he also treated his friend, who had diabetes, He was an avid sports enthusiast and played for many years in the neighborhood soccer team Eli was drafted into the IDF in June 1974 and placed in the armored corps. He completed basic training successfully and in a short period of time managed to establish close ties with those around him, to be an active member of society and even to make friends with his girlfriend, who never managed to bring her home to meet his parents. Throughout his military service he tried not to worry his parents, wrote them many letters and did not mention any difficulty or problem he encountered during his service. On February 18, 1975, he fell to me during his service and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Be’er Sheva, leaving behind his parents, brothers and sisters.
