Lutfi, Vachash

Son of Della and Faz. Lutfi was born on 1.7.1948 in Moshav Ya’ara in the Western Galilee. He attended an elementary school in Bezet and graduated from high school in Yad-Natan in Acre. When Lotfi Lutfi married his son Subhiyeh, he established a wonderful family. He was the father of five: Amir, Sami, Omri, Anan and Nur. Lutfi was very fond of his family and friends, and always made sure to support the family. He was kind, very fond of nature and animals. On July 24, 1973, Lutfi joined the army and served in the Border Police in northern Israel for eighteen years, until his death. During his service he was saved several times from being hit while in Lebanon. On March 6, 1992, Sergeant Major Lutfi died following a Lev attack. Forty-three in his fall. He was buried in the cemetery in Yaara. He left behind a wife and five children, parents and brothers
