Lugasi, Jackie (Jacques)

Jackie, son of Zohara and Massoud Lugasi, was born in France in 1961. When he was eleven years old, he immigrated to Israel with his family. Jackie was recruited to the police service in 1986 as a dog handler and he was the commander of the Southern Dog Service Unit. Superintendent Jackie was killed on 21.2. 2009 in a fatal car accident at the Morasha junction and he was buried in the cemetery in Segula, Petah Tikva, leaving a wife and four children.
