Litani, Yehuda (“Dudi”)

Son of Carmela and David. He was born in Haifa on the 13th of Tishrei 5714 (13.9.1953), and was named after his uncle Yehuda Litmanovich, who fell while fulfilling his duties in the Haganah. Dudi joined the IDF at the end of January 1972. On the 18th of Adar 5732 (February 20, 1973), on the day that he was summoned to the officers’ course, Corporal Yehuda fell in the line of duty and was put to rest at the military cemetery in Haifa.
