Lichtenberg, Yitzhak
Son of Moshe and Hannah. He was born on January 31, 1935, in the city of Sonny, Romania, where his parents were deported to Transdnistria, where his father died when Yitzhak was seven years old, the mother returned from the deportation and continued to raise her four children until she died in 1945. Afterward, Orphans in Jassy In 1948 he was 13 years old and immigrated to Eretz Israel with Aliyat Hanoar and was educated at the joint school in Tel Mond. He belonged to the Hanoar Haoved movement. He was very fond of his friends. For a short time he became a model agricultural laborer. He was drafted into the IDF in January 1953. He fell in the line of duty on April 5, 1953 and was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery in Tel Mond.
