Levi, Zvi
Son of Esther and Chaim, he was born on April 26, 1963 in Rechovot and grew up in Moshav Yashrash near Ramle. He initiated events between the moshavim and Beichad. He loved Lag Ba’omer, because then he would take a tractor through the orchards until morning. Zvika loved sports, especially the kind of risk and adventure. He rode horses, participated in the races of tractors and motorcycles. He was a devoted son to his parents, and during his studies he helped his father take care of the farm. In the army Zvi was a paratrooper. There, too, he was devoted to his job, and stood well in the workload. He was involved in his unit. Zvi fell during his service in the Peace for Galilee War on 15 Av, August 4, 1982. He was buried in the Ramle military cemetery. He left behind his parents and seven brothers and sisters.
