Levi, Raphael (“Rafi”)

Son of Yosef and Aliza. He was born on March 13, 1939 in Hadera. After completing his elementary studies, he moved to Kibbutz Yiron and from there was drafted into the IDF in January 1956. During the course of the course, the Sinai Brigade broke out and as one of the ranks fell in battle on the 26th of March, . He was buried in the Military Cemetery of the Emergency Army in Shelah and on the 28th of Tishrei 5718 (23.10.1957) he was put to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
