Levi, Emanuel (Menno)

Emmanuel, son of Ahuva and Yehuda Levi, was born in Haifa in 1980. In 1999, Emanuel joined the IDF. He took a pilot course in the Air Force and served as a pilot. At the end of compulsory service, he continued on to permanent service. Major Emanuel fell in operational activity on Wednesday, 10.11.2010, in an accident in the Ramon Crater. He was laid to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl, Jerusalem, leaving parents, two brothers, and three sisters.
