Lemberger, Jacob

Son of Avraham and Esther. He was born on July 11, 1914 in the city of Lukow, Poland. He completed his studies in an elementary school in the village of Cenov in Pomeran (Germany) and later attended a Jewish real-school in Berlin. In 1933 he immigrated to Israel. He served in the British army for several years and joined the IDF from June 1949. He joined the regular army from June 1949 and became a Major on April 8, 1958. He died and was put to rest at the military cemetery in Haifa He left a wife and two children.
