Son of Moshe and Tony. He was born on 14.3.1946 in Radauf, Romania. At the age of 4 he began to study Torah in the room and part of the day went to kindergarten. He studied in a government elementary school in Romania and after graduating began to work as an apprentice in mechanics, but because of his request to immigrate to Israel he was fired after a year. In 1964 he immigrated to Israel and settled in Haifa. Israel enlisted in the IDF in mid-February 1965 and was assigned to an infantry unit, and after completing basic training he completed a Hebrew course and then took a cooks course, and as a superb cook he fulfilled his duties to the satisfaction of his commanders and his friends. , And as a member of the permanent army, he continued to work as a metalworker in the military industry.
