Lapidot, Ruth

Ruth, daughter of Benjamin and Sarah Lapidot, was born in Tel Aviv on June 5, 1935. She completed her studies at the Maaleh High School in Jerusalem and later studied at the Jerusalem Conservatory. She was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in August 1953. She was wounded while carrying out her duties and died of her wounds on the 19th of Cheshvan, 15.11.1954. Ruth was laid to rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
