Son of Ruth and Aryeh was born on the 29th of June 1959 in Jerusalem. Michael first studied at the elementary school next to the Hebrew Gymnasium in Jerusalem, and after moving with his family to Ramat Gan he continued at the Yavneh elementary school. He continued his studies in a religious high school in Ramat Gan. Having excelled in his studies, Michael skipped one class and finished his studies at a young age. He studied electrical engineering at the Technion in Haifa as part of the academic reserve, and graduated with honors. During his last year of studies, Michael also served as an assistant at the Technion. In the IDF, he served as an officer with the rank of lieutenant in the position of development engineer in the Intelligence Corps and was highly respected by his colleagues and commanders. His specialty was determined in coordination with the needs of his unit in the IDF Michael was gifted with many talents, and in his spare time, he worked in painting and photography, and Michael developed and printed himself in an artistic way, and his love for music was expressed both in music and in choir. Michael liked to build electrical appliances, preferring self-construction over the purchase of a finished product, and Michael was very devoted to his family and friends and always helped them with good humor and humor. He was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem. Michael left behind his parents, sister and brother. His unit established in his memory a memorial plaque in the place where he fell
