Son of-Esther and Shimon, veteran farmers and members of the Second Aliya, was born on 24 October 1922 in Jerusalem and grew up in Kfar Yechezkel where his parents had an agricultural farm. Tuvia was buried in a mass grave in Kfar Etzion.
