Kruani, Abiasaf (Uzi)

Son of Simcha and Avraham Shalom, was born on the 29th of June, 1932 in Jerusalem. He studied in the Talmud Torah Bnei Zion. Showed a tendency to write literature, but everything he wrote disappeared during the war. During the War of Independence, he volunteered for the Lehi forces in Jerusalem and participated in their activities until he died in an explosion in the Lehi camp on July 25, 1948. He was buried in the Sanhedria cemetery. On the 26th of Elul 5711 (26.9.1951) he was laid to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
