Kronenfeld, Michael
Michael, son of Sabina and Mendel, was born on 14.11.1949 in Tel Aviv. And attended the Hess Elementary School and the Kugel High School in Holon. Michael was a diligent student, loved by his teachers and friends. He was an outstanding athlete and completed a course for sports instructors at the Wingate Institute in Netanya. He also loved literature and music.
Michael was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in August 1968. He had successfully completed professional courses in the Armored Corps, including a tank commander course and an armored officer course, and was very knowledgeable about the armored corps and knew various kinds of tanks He was promoted to the rank of lieutenant, and after his discharge from the regular service, he married and moved to Bat Yam, where Michael prepared for higher studies and applied to Tel Aviv University. Two years of study in economics and was accepted In the Yom Kippur War, Michael fought as a tank commander in the Golan Heights on October 10, 1973.
