Krief, Moshe Marco


Son of Cecil and Meir, was born on June 26, 1954, in Tunis. he enlisted in the IDF, underwent basic training and was sent to professional training as a radar technician in the IAF. He went through a long course of courses and advanced on the ranks. In August 1974, he was promoted to the rank of Corporal and five months later promoted to the rank of sergeant: Moshe completed his regular service in November 1976, volunteered for the career army and was promoted to the rank of sergeant. He married and set up his home in Mitzpeh Ramon, near his place of work. His long experience in electronics gave him the skills and responsibilities he was entrusted with, including the establishment of a new radar unit. On the 2nd of Elul 5740 (2.9.1980), on a Simcha vacation, Moshe drove from his home in Mitzpeh Ramon to Be’er Sheva. Near a level of nuisance, his car collided with the truck in front of him. And he was killed in an accident. He was 26 when he died. The military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem was laid to rest. He left behind a wife, a son, parents, four sisters and a brother.
