Kremer, Laszlo (Letsi)


Son of Louisa and Samuel, born on June 13, 1926 in Romania. Laszlo was a popular educator and a blacksmith by profession. He survived the horrors of the Holocaust and ended up immigrating to Israel in 1946 on the “Four Freedoms”. In Kiryat Haim, Laszlo worked in his profession, and on February 26, 1948 he joined the army and served in the Carmeli Brigade. Laszlo was among the defenders of Sejera, where he fell on the 3rd of Sivan, June 10, 1948. and was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Afula. He left behind his wife – Hannah and daughter Sarah.
