Kozer, Chaim
Son of Shmuel and Tova. He was born on March 15, 1928 in Russia. He completed his studies in six grades of elementary school and when he arrived in Poland he completed three more classes. From Poland he immigrated to Israel in 1948. He was drafted into the IDF shortly after he came to Israel, completed an officer’s course and attained the rank of lieutenant-colonel, while completing a military engineering school on the 25th of Tishrei 5713 (25.9.1952) His job was put to rest in the military cemetery in Netanya. After his death he was promoted to lieutenant. Left a wife in her pregnancy; Three months after the fall, the son who was named after him was born
