Kotik, Ephraim

Son of Baruch Mordechai and Batya. He was born on September 30, 1937 in Tel Aviv. He was drafted into the IDF in January 1956, participated in the Sinai Campaign and remained in the regular army, and became a captain. Ephraim fell in the course of his duties on 18.3.1963 and was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. His son, who was born six months after the fall, is named after him.
