Koren, Yossi

Ben Ziva and Shlomo was born on May 7, 1959, in Moshav Yogev. “Yossi was drafted into the IDF in May 1977 and volunteered for the Golani Brigade, as his older brother did. During his service, he underwent a combat paramedics course and served as a paramedic in the battalion. On the 14th of Adar 5740 (2.3.1980), a day of storms and snow, Corporal Yossi fell in the line of duty and was brought to eternal rest in Moshav Yogev. After he fell, he was promoted to sergeant. Yossi left behind him, brother and sister.
