Koren Cohen

Corporal Koren Cohen, daughter of Sarit and Avraham was born on the 4th of Tevet 5760 (December 13, 1999) in the Bat Hefer community. Moore and Shay’s younger sister.

On January 17, 2018, Koren, a resident of Hadera, enlisted in the IDF.

Koren Cohen was killed during her service on Monday in Elul (13.8.2018) at the age of 18 and was laid rest in the military section of the cemetery in Kfar Yona.

Koren was promoted to corporal after her fall.

On her tombstone her lovers wrote:

“Our radiance has always radiated in radiant light

And so you stay forever “
